Directions for use:

• Select the slide at the top-right of the window.
• By default, the heatmap is coloured by the expression of Topic 25
• Alternatively, select a different property to color the heatmap by in the 'color by' box
• Cellular composition for each patch can be seen in the hovertool that appears over the center of a patch
• The graph is off by default; it can be enabled by clicking the 'nodes' and 'edges' buttons.
• Overlay transparency can be adjusted using the 'overlay alpha' slider.

Note, this interface has not been optimised for smartphones or tablets.
