Directions for use:

Select the slide at the top-right of the window.
The ODYN output can be selected for viewing using the "Add Overlay" button.
The currently available outputs include "dysplasia" and "epith".
The "dysplasia" output has dysplastic areas coloured in red.
The "epith" output has the connective tissue/stroma in orange, then basal epithelium in red, core epithelium in green, and keratin in blue.

Note, this interface has not been optimised for smartphones or tablets.
